Get Ready for Grace Connect

Grace Connect – it’s a name that will become increasingly familiar over the next several months as implementation continues for our new church data system. We are moving from an aging, relatively inflexible system for communications and maintaining information for our members, to one that provides many channels of accessibility and great functionality for facilitating church activities.

Since March, a small Implementation Team has been working and training to configure and learn the system before gradually expanding the scope of users to Church Staff, Lay Leaders, and eventually all Members.

Key features include links that can be built between our Grace website and Grace Connect that can enable automated forms for registration, feedback, or contributions, as well as dynamically publishing elements of the Church Calendar.

Communications with members and visitors will be greatly enhanced through integration of social media, texting and easy access to Group or Committee members and shared information.

We anticipate enabling members to log in to the system as early as September to check their personal contributions report, indicate preferences and interests for volunteering, and to schedule and plan Group activities.
