Over 100 Youngsters Attend Inaugural Easter Egg Hunt
By Gaye Lynn Loufek

Chilly temperatures did not deter more than 100 children from storming the field in hot pursuit of the perfect egg at Youth Summer Missions’ inaugural Easter Egg Hunt on April 16. On a morning of springtime fun, children aged 1-8 and their families hunted for eggs, bid on beautiful silent auction baskets, purchased outdoor games, won prizes, and had their photos taken with a very special visitor. From youngest to oldest, fun was had by all! Thank you to all who donated candy, plastic eggs, trinkets, volunteered your time, donated a basket, made signs, or invited a friend to come. Your kindness and generosity benefits Youth Summer Missions and Ukraine through UMCOR.
