Treble Tikes

Children are born loving music, the rhythms,  the melodies, and they are uninhibited from expressing it.

Each week in our Thursday TREBLE TIKES class, we explore the world around us through song, poetry, rhythm, and experiential learning. We take garden walks and have pretend snowball fights! The curriculum is musically solid and based on Musicgarten. Lynn Leitzen is a certified instructor who loves to have fun and engage young musicians in hopes of creating life-long lovers of music!

The TREBLE TIKES class debuted last season immediately following the conclusion of our Parent’s Day Out day. "I wish I could post reviews like on Yelp because I’m pretty sure everyone would give it 5 stars for fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN!!" said Lynn Leitzen.

Feel free to drop by anytime to give class a try. Classes are for children 3-5 years of age with an accompanying adult (parent, nanny, grandparent). It’s a GREAT way for caregivers to bond as well. So if you know of new families with young children, share this info as it’s a great way to get to know others!

If this sounds like an experience you’d like to share with your child, please register now (www.peopleofgrace.org/registration) and look for TREBLE TIKES in the list of offerings! The classes are free, but the class size is limited. Sign up today!! (If we have enough interest, there is the potential for an additional class to be added on Tuesdays.)

Contact Lynn Leitzen (630-355-1748, Ext. 3249) or (lynn.leitzen@peopleofgrace.org). Come, join the fun! Classes resume the week of September 9.
