Parenting with Grace Meet and Greets

Parenting and Grandparenting can be wonderful and difficult all at the same time. Sometimes, we might feel like we are the only parents out there who feel a certain way, regardless of the age of our children. Sometimes, we might just want to talk with others who are at the same stage of life or learn from someone who has already gone through it.

The Parenting with Grace ministry is a newer ministry that we would like to expand and develop further. In Parenting with Grace, we hope to have various faith formation opportunities, playgroups/family gatherings/outings, and quarterly topical intergenerational workshops/seminars/discussions. In order to help us see what topics/groups/activities would be helpful/desired and put a calendar together, we would like to start with four, one-hour "Parenting with Grace Meet and Greets." These events will offer an opportunity for attendees to meet one another's families and open a discussion on how Parenting with Grace can best serve current Grace UMC members and the greater Naperville community.

Register for one or all of the upcoming Meet and Greets. Children, youth, parents, and grandparents are welcome, and a light snack of fruit and veggies will be served.  

Saturday, October 28 at 9AM to 10AM  

Monday, November 27 at 6:30PM to 7:30PM  

Saturday, December 16 at 9AM to 10AM
