Virtual Passover Seder
Sunday, March 14, 2021
Join Bernie Newman from Congregation Beth Shalom for a virtual Passover Seder on Sunday, March 14, at 5 p.m. on Zoom; Registration Required.
Passover is a Jewish spring festival celebrating freedom and family. At a traditional home service called the seder, Jewish people remember together the Exodus from Egypt
more than 3,000 years ago.
While we would prefer to learn and share in this experiential holiday together, the pandemic has inspired us to get creative!
We will gather via Zoom to enjoy a meaningful re-imagining of the traditional Passover Seder. Registered guests will receive a Passover Kit which will include items to set your table and prepare your family for a celebration at your own table at home. In addition, you will receive digital playlists to enjoy prior to the dinner as well as a bulletin and songs so we may join in reading and singing together.
Last year we had over 65 participants - won’t you join us on March 14th? Register today by clicking here. Registration to receive a Seder Kit ends on Sunday, March 1. If you would like to participate in the Seder without receiving a kit you must register by Wednesday, March 10.
