RAO25 Back to School Event
Grace UMC was proud to join RAO25 in their Back-to-School picnic in Douglass Park on August 22, 2026. Children in the North Lawndale neighborhood joyfully chose backpacks and school supplies donated by Grace families through Vacation Bible Camp. Jeannine Kees and Jean Ives served a buffet lunch of burgers, hot dogs, Polish links, and spaghetti, as children enjoyed the bouncy house donated by Grace. Neighbors from the North Lawndale community gathered around grills and shared stories from decades of shared memories
Touch-A-Truck
A HUGE thank you to ALL who came to or volunteered at Touch a Truck on Saturday, May 2, and/or volunteered for or ordered meals from Holy Smokes! We appreciate your attendance and also your patience and flexibility as we tried something new by combining the two this year. The day was definitely a success and we couldn't have done it without you.
Feed My Starving Children THANKS!
Many thanks to the 81 Grace family and friends who gathered to FEED THE NEED the weekend of March 7 & 8! The circle is complete! We packed the food we purchased from the Noisy Offering of November 2025. As a Faith Partner for the Mobile Pack, Grace pledged and paid $5,000 to help feed 1,129 children a daily meal for an entire year! A meal to help them survive and thrive! Thank you, Grace Family, for your continued support of this amazing missional ministry!
