Welcome to Side x Side 2026!


God has called you to be his hands and feet. You have answered the call and will travel to “do the work God has prepared in advance for you to do.” Your work and the relationships you make will become part of your legacy. May God shine in and through you as you share your heart and your gifts.

Tuition & registration costs

Tuition: $400.00

 

Additional Monies: $50.00
Meals en Route (5)        

 

Spending Money:   $30.00
(Free Time Activities,  Bookstore)
Extra money is completely at the discretion of each household.  Tuition includes all extra activities BUT does NOT include meals en route or snacks at fun events.

Sunday, April 13, 2026        $150.00
Sunday, May 3, 2026           $250.00            

 

Family Rate:            
   1                          Family Member:            $400.00/person
   2 or more            Family Members:           $375.00/person
 

Important upcoming dates

  1. Sunday, February 22: Meeting at 12:30PM

  2. Sunday, March 15: Meeting at 12:00PM 

  3. Sunday, March 15: 1st payment and paperwork DUE! Money is now transferable but NOT refundable! (Don’t forget the paperwork that needs signatures!) 

  4. Sunday, April 12: Meeting at 12:00PM - Holy Smokes information will be discussed!

  5. Saturday, May 2: 5 B’s Bar-b-que Lunch Fundraiser at 11:00AM to 1:00PM! All are expected to help! This will be in conjunction with Touch a Truck.

  6. Sunday, May 17: Meeting at 12:00PM (Rooms/Vans)

  7. Sunday, May 31: Suds on Sunday- all who are participating in Youth Summer Missions are expected to be present and help! Wear your ORANGE (Go in the name of the One) t-shirt

  8. Sunday, May 31: S x S Commissioning Worship at 8:00AM. Wear your ORANGE T-shirt(Go in the name of the One)

  9. Sunday, May 31: Meeting at 12:00PM for DRIVERS/Co-Pilots ONLY. Meeting at 12:30PM for EVERYONE! Come hear all the last-minute details! As close to MANDATORY as we can get! 

  10. Thursday, June 4: EVERYONE LOAD the TRUCK at 6:30PM. Gather with your sleeping bag, week of clothes (don’t pack your toothbrush), tools! See you at 6:30PM!

  11. Thursday, June 4: Adults/College Students/Drivers ONLY meeting 7:30PM (or immediately following truck loading).

  12. Saturday, June 6: YAY! DRIVERS Gather at 2:00PM at Grace. Receive your keys, gas the vans, receive last minute details etc.

  13. Saturday, June 6: All SxS gather at 2:00 to DEPART!

  14. Saturday, June 13: Return from Side x Side

  15. Sunday, June 28: Side x Side Slide Show at 7:00PM

Orange is the New Green

Youth Summer Mission Season is upon us. Each Side x Side participant will pay $400.00 which will cover about half the cost of their trip. Fundraising and generous shareholder donations cover the remaining costs. In the coming weeks, you will begin to notice orange SHAREHOLDER envelopes in the pews.

 

Please prayerfully consider supporting one of our upcoming fundraisers and/or becoming a SHAREHOLDER through an orange envelope donation or by donating online by clicking here and selecting the "Side x Side Youth Mission Trip Shareholder Gift" dropdown.
